At Lassh Pash Oils, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if you face any issue, we are here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The request is made within 3–5 days of receiving the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used oils
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and proof.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
